SOFT: More suited for stomach sleepers or small framed people. – offers a low profile and gentle support.
MEDIUM: More suited for back sleepers or medium framed people – offers a medium profile and added support.
FIRM: More suited for side sleepers or large framed people – offers a higher profile and firmer support.

How often should pillows be replaced?Pillows should be replaced when they no longer provide adequate support for your head and neck. The life span of synthetic-fill pillows is six-months to two years. Foam and Latex pillows last from 5 to 10 years. Spotlight recommends the use of pillow protectors to increase the lifespan of your pillow.

COTTON: A Natural fibre that absorbs moisture away from the body to create a comfortable nights sleep. Suitable for warmer climates.
POLYESTER: Synthetic fibre. Provides warmth without weight.
MICROFIBRE POLYESTER: down like feel. Polyester fibre that gives great warmth without weight.
WOOL: A Natural fibre that absorbs moisture away from the body to create a comfortable nights sleep. Suitable for most climates, warm in winter and cool in summer.
FEATHER AND DOWN: Natural fibre that is light weight and soft. Breathes and adjusts to body temperature to create comfortable nights sleep. The more down content inside the quilt the warmer the quilt is.
How often should quilts be replaced?Quilts should last for five to 10 years. Replace yours if it no longer keeps you warm, feels lumpy or is dirty.
