Im new to sewing and was wondering if any of you Gals knew anything about making your own cloth nappies , and what is the best materials to use

- One of my friends has made some newborn ones out of flannelette for her little boy using a pattern from spotlight. You can use toweling but any absorbant material usually does the trick. Polar fleece or microfleece is apparently good close to bubs skin as it keeps it dryer (haven't tried it myself). You can use PUL as an out cover but have only seen it sold online - I have bought ready made PUL covers to use with my flat nappies.

  There is lots of info on the net for materials for cloth nappies & I think u can even get patternes. this is a facebook group you can ask to join & there is so much info that mite help u out.
