Lead little hands through a practical project with this simple, useful idea. Also useful for teachers and childcare professionals.
Final Result
Materials
• large glitter pompom
• black cardstock
• 2 x 8mm joggle eyes
• low temp glue gun or craft glue
• black stretch beading elastic
• pencil
• scissors
Step 1
Draw bat wing shape onto black cardstock and cut out. Glue glitter pompom to the centre. Cut 2 small triangles from the cardstock scraps and fold in half. Glue to top of pompom as ears. Glue on joggle eyes. Make a hole in the wings behind the body and tie on a length of black stretch beading elastic to hang the bat.
