We’ve used the ‘Boyz 2 Men’ paper range as the basis for this accordian book.

• textured cardstock - blue
• A4 plain vellum
• black fine liner
• double-sided tape
• mounting tape
• PVA glue
• paint brush
• dark blue acrylic paint
• foam brush
• scissors
• paper trimmer

Step 1

Box - base
Cut paper to fit inside base and sides of box and adhere using PVA glue. Select another paper to cover the outside and underneath of box. Adhere using PVA glue. When dry glue red rickrack around the outside edge 1cm up from the bottom so it will be visible when the lid is on the box.

Step 2

Box - lid
Cut paper used for inside the box to fit inside the lid and adhere. Cut the plain side of a paper to fit the outside of the box and adhere. Use white sparklez alphas for the name and add embellished chipz.

Step 3

Book
Paint both sides of each page with dark blue paint and allow to dry.

Step 4

Front cover
Cut patterned paper to size and adhere to page. Cut lace paper blue swirls to fit over a large white tag and adhere. Tie red rickrack through hole and affix to cover. Use black sparklez alphas and numbers for title.

Step 5

Page 1
Cover pocket with plain paper, add ribbon and chipboard stickers. Cut word vellum to fit large white tag and adhere. Tie red rickrack through hole. Insert tag into pocket.

Step 6

Page 2
Cover pocket with patterned paper and embellish with chipboard sticker. Cut photo to size, matt to textured cardstock and insert into pocket. Hang clip charm from top edge of pocket.

Step 7

Page 3
Cover pocket with patterned paper, cut photo to size, matt to textured cardstock and insert into pocket. Attach rickrack across the bottom edge and add chipboard stickers one with a jewel brad.

Step 8

Page 4
Cover pocket with plain paper, cut photo to size, matt to textured cardstock and insert into pocket. Thread ribbon through buckle and attach across the bottom edge. Add chipboard stickers.

Step 9

Page 5
Cover pocket with patterned paper. Matt a small photo to textured cardstock and adhere to pocket. Embellish pocket with red rickrack and chipboard sticker. Cut lace paper blue swirls to fit over a large white tag and adhere. Matt photo to textured cardstock, adhere to tag and tie red rickrack through hole. Add chipboard stickers and insert into pocket.

Page 6
Cover frame with patterned paper. Insert photo and add chipboard stickers to frame.

Step 11

Back cover
Cover page with textured paper. Tear piece of vellum to size, add journaling using black fine liner and adhere to page. Add red rickrack and chipboard sticker with a jewel brad.

Cover page with patterned paper and add embellished chipz.

Cover page with textured paper. Add ribbon, embellished chipz and sparklez alphas to a tag and attach using mounting tape.

Cover page with patterned paper and add chipboard stickers.

Page 10
Cover page with textured paper and glue red rickrack down one side. Cut a square of vellum word paper, attach jewel brads in 2 corners and adhere corners to page. Embellish with chipboard stickers and ribbon. Hang clip charm from top edge of vellum.
