Materials

• 2 x 50g balls 'Moda Vera' Trinity (two colours worked together)
• 6.5 mm crochet hook
• scissors
• yarn needle

Step 1

Make 4ch; join with sl st to form a ring.
Rnd 1: 3ch (counts as 1tr), 9tr in ring. Join with sl st to 3rd ch of 1st 3-ch (10 tr).
Rnd 2: Beg V-st in same st as join, (V-st) in ea st around. Join to 1st tr (20 tr).
Rnd 3: Sl st in next 1-ch sp, Beg V-st in same sp, 1tr in sp between next 2 sts, (V-st in next 1-ch sp, 1tr in sp between next 2 sts) around; sl st to 1st tr (30 tr).
Rnd 4: Sl st in next 1-ch sp, Beg V-st in same sp, (1tr in sp between next 2 sts) twice, *V-st in next 1-ch sp, (1tr in sp between next 2 sts) twice, rep from * around, sl st to 1st tr (40 tr).
Rnd 5: Sl st in next 1-ch sp, Beg V-st in same sp, (1tr in sp between next 2 sts) three times, *V-st in next1- ch sp, (1tr in sp between next 2 sts) three times, rep from * around, sl st to 1st tr (50 tr).
Rnd 6: Sl st in next 1- ch sp, Beg V-st in same sp, (1tr in sp between next 2 sts) four times, *V-st in next 1-ch sp, (1tr in sp between next 2 sts) four times, rep from * around, sl st to 1st tr (60 tr).
Rnd 7: Sl st in next 1-ch sp, 3ch, (1tr in sp between next 2 sts) five times, *1tr in next 1-ch sp, (1tr in sp between next 2 sts) five times, rep from * round, sl st to 1st tr (60 tr).
Rnd 8-10: Sl st in sp between joining st and next st, 3ch, (1tr in sp between next 2 st) around. Sl st to 1st tr (60 tr).
Rnd 11-12: 1ch, 1htr in same st and in each st around, sl st into 1st htr.
Rnd 13-14: 1ch, 1dc in same st and in each st around, sl st into 1st dc.
Rnd 15: 1ch, 1dc in same st and in next 3 dc, *( dec over next 2 dc, 4dc) rep from* to end of round, sl st into 1st dc.
Rnd 16: 1ch, 1dc in same st and in next 2 dc, *(dec over next 2 dc, 3dc) rep from* to finish of round, sl st into 1st dc.
Rnd 17: 1ch, 1dc in same st and in next 3 dc, *(dec over next 2 dc, 2 dc) rep from* to end of round, sl st into 1st dc.
Fasten off and sew in ends.
