Sports party invitation

- The great thing about becoming adept with papercrafts is that you can create whole themes for parties & special occasions.
These can carry through everything from the invites to your album pages & add a new dimension of creativity to the experience. - Final Result

- Materials
- • cardstock in plain colours
• patterned paper
• double-sided tape
• Francheville sports embellishments - decorative tape, giant tiles, jelly tiles, metal tiles
• paper trimmer
• scissors
• computer - Step 1
- Using the computer create a template for a text box 19cm x 8cm. Insert invitation wording into the box and print onto white cardstock. Alternatively, cut a piece of card this size and handwrite the details using a Zig pen if preferred.
- Step 2
- From one colour of cardstock cut a 20cm x 9cm rectangle and from another colour a 21cm x 10cm rectangle. Using double-sided tape matt together, leaving a border around all edges. Matt the invitation on top.
- Step 3
- Attach decorative tape across the top and bottom of the invite and other embellishments to decorate. These are so many different ways to do these invites and they look amazing, try printing the wording on vellum and adding pretty ribbons to accent.

- Continue the theme for the party by including these colours in the party decorations.

- Keep souvenirs from the day to include in the scrapbooking, e.g. score cards, tickets etc.
