A pretty pair - Bloom

Make your favourite ‘couple’ photo the focus of an elaborate lay out relying on new, highly decorative, papers.

Materials

• 12” x 12 “ Francheville scrapbook paper - Cranberry True Love right
• flower heads - burgundy, white & pink in assorted sizes
• silver heart brads
• small silver round brads
• Kaisercraft Fozz Felt - white daisy chain
• American Crafts Premium Ribbons ‘Valentine’s day’ range - heart ribbon
• Love themed rub ons - black & white
• double-sided tape
• craft knife, ruler & cutting mat
• scissors
• 13cm x 18cm black & white photo - portrait

Step 1

Stick a length of heart printed ribbon across the bottom edge of Cranberry True Love right page, lining up with the ribbon on the left page bottom corner. Cut out an 11cm x 15cm window towards the bottom right side of page, leaving the printed swirls and cupid’s arrow intact.

Step 2

Mount the 13cm x 18cm photo behind the window. Apply small black rub on words down the right-hand side of photo, extending 6cm above photo.

Step 3

Join flower heads together with silver heart brads and attach to page around printed flowers at the side of printed heart and one in bottom right corner of page below the rub ons. Cut out single flowers from white Fozz felt and attach to page and on photo at end of swirl. Insert small round silver brads through a couple of Fozz felt and printed flowers.
