Materials

• papier mâché luggage tags
• paint - blue or colour of choice
• palette & paint brush
• scrapbook paper
• painty pen
• decorative stickers
• self-adhesive rhinestones
• rickrack
• wooden peg
• magnet
• scissors
• glue

Step 1

Paint the edges and back of the luggage tag blue.

Step 2

Cut a square of patterned scrapbook paper and glue onto the luggage tag. Use the painty pen to write ‘My art work’ or your name onto the art clip. Decorate the art clip with stickers and rhinestones and tie a piece of rickrack to the clip.

Step 3

Glue a wooden peg to the back of the art clip then glue a magnet to the back of the wooden peg. Now use the clip to display your art work.

Variations

Have each member of the family make their own ‘art’ clip and write their name on it. Mum or dad could have one for reminders and accounts.
