Book cover & bookmarks

A perfect project to keep your tweens to teens creative!
Final Result
Materials
• school book or school diary
• Basic Grey papers blush range - sweetie, fancy, girlfriend, tease, devotion, milk chocolate
• craft paper on a roll (optional)
• pink bazzill cardstock

• PVA glue
• small circle punch
• assorted trims or ribbons
• rain dots
• adhesive rhinestones
• stapler
• permanent marker
• double-sided tape
• scissors
Step 1
Cover the book of your choice with the brown coloured paper using pva glue. If your book is larger than the paper use craft paper to cover the book. Create a pocket for the front of the book by cutting a rectangular shape in proportion to the chosen book, attach to the cover on three sides using double-sided tape.
Step 2
Create some bookmarks in tag shapes from the pink bazzill and decorative blush papers. Punch holes in the top with the circle punch and thread with ribbons. Tie in place or use the stapler for a different look.
Step 3
Attach a panel of paper to include your name and other information on the cover. Embellish the tags and pocket with the rain dots and adhesive rhinestones.
