The party season will soon be upon us.

This is the perfect opportunity to have some fun with beads.

We’ve created easy to make earrings. New decorated head pins add instant detail to any pair of earrings. Angel wings and angel charms lend themselves to the season’s festivities. Wear them yourself, or create some very individual gifts.

Materials

• 10mm faceted square bead - red
• 8mm glass bicone - crystal AB
• 4mm glass cube - emerald
• decorated head pins - silver
• 4mm jump rings - silver
• earring hooks - silver
• cutting pliers
• round nose pliers
• bead board

Step 1

Thread a red square facet bead, a crystal AB bicone and an emerald green cube onto a decorated head pin.

Cut off excess head pin, leaving 7mm at the end.

Turn the end of the head pin into a loop. Attach the bead unit to the lever back earring using a jump ring.

Handy Hint

Design your own bracelets by using different spacers and some green beads.

Change the findings and create your Christmas earrings.
