• 1 x 50g ball ea of ‘Moda Vera’ Cupcake - purple, red, royal blue, light blue, yellow, orange, green, teal, pink, white
• 5.00 mm crochet hook
• yarn needle for sewing
• hobby fill
• stitch marker

Use 8ply pure wool or acrylic if Cupcake is not available.

Step 1

Body
Rnd 1: Using red make 2ch; dc in 2nd ch from hook, sl st to 1st dc.
Rnd 2: 2dc in ea dc around (16 dc).
Rnd 3: (1dc in next dc, 2dc in next dc) 8 times (24 dc).
Rnd 4: (1dc in ea of next 2 dc, 2dc in next dc) 8 times (32 dc).
Rnd 5: (1dc in ea of next 3 dc, 2dc in next dc) 8 times (40 dc).
Rnd 6: (1dc in ea of next 4 dc, 2dc in next dc) 8 times (48 dc).
Rnd 7: (1dc in ea of next 5 dc, 2dc in next dc) 8 times (56 dc).

Row 5: 1ch, 1dc in next 4 dc, 3dc in next dc, 1dc in last 4 dc, turn (11 dc).
Row 6-7: Change to royal blue, 1dc into ea dc turn (11 dc).

Step 6

To finish
Stuff all the legs and the tail then sew into place. Sew both ears to the head, and then embroider eyes and mouth onto the face.

Note
