Cute Cards - Noel

- • dark green weave cardstock
• lighter green weave cardstock
• red weave cardstock
• cream weave cardstock
• Kaisercraft scrapbook paper - cheer, good tidings
• button
• twine
• fabric scrap
• green foam thickers alphabet
• Stazon ink pad - saddle brown
• sponge applicator
• glue stick
• corner rounder punch
• scissors
• paper trimmer - Step 1
- Cut the cardstock 15cm x 21cm then fold in half to form the card.
Using the corner rounder punch trim all four corners front and back. - Step 2
- Cut a 5cm x 7cm piece from the red cardstock and a 5cm x 7cm piece from the lighter green cardstock and round the corners of these two pieces using the punch.
From the scrapbook paper cut a 7cm x 10cm piece, round all of the corners then attach to the bottom of the card front.
Cut a 9cm x 4.5cm piece of cream weave cardstock, round the corners and smudge the edges using the stazon ink and the sponge applicator.
Attach on an angle over the striped paper panel at the bottom of the card. 
- Step 3
- Cut a naïve heart shape from the red cardstock and a naïve star from the cream cardstock; smudge the edges of both with more ink.
Attach the heart to the green panel and the cream star to the red panel.
Thread the twine through the button, tie a knot at the top then glue in place on the heart.
Wrap the twine around the red panel four times and tie a knot at the front.
Attach both panels to the top of the card front then stick letters to spell the word ‘noel’ over the cream panel.
Tear a strip from the fabric scrap, tie it in a bow then attach in the centre of the card.
