• fabric
• pva or craft glue
• assorted ribbons & rickrack
• paper flowers
• self-adhesive pearls
• scissors
• tape measure - Step 1
- Wash and dry tin. Measure around tin and add 1cm and measure height of tin. Use these measurements to cut fabric. Glue fabric to tin overlapping the extra 1cm of fabric. When dry glue rows of ribbon and rickrack as desired. Add one or two paper flowers.
