Easy-peasy head band!

Final Result

Materials

• 5cm wide plastic headband
• 40cm x 5cm piece of printed cotton fabric
• fabric glue
• paint brush
• glitter fabric paint/glue
• seed beads
• sewing thread & hand needle
• scissors
• fabric pencil

Step 1

Place fabric face down and using a pencil trace around the headband shape onto the back of fabric. Cut headband shape out of fabric.

Step 2

Hand stitch seed beads onto front of fabric following the patterns on the fabric. Using paint brush and fabric glue, paint the back of the fabric piece and gently smooth onto front of headband. Allow to dry.

Step 3

Using glitter fabric paint, decorate fabric, again following the patterns on fabric. Paint over the edges of the fabric with glitter fabric paint. Allow to dry fully before wearing the headband.
