Mod Podge glue - matte for gluing, satin for sealing
Bookcase with a removable back - I used an Ikea Benno CD tower - Step 1
- While building your bookcase, stop at the step that involves you attaching the plywood back. (or if you have built it, take off the back).
Using Mod Podge matte glue, spread a thin, even layer onto the front face of the back of your bookcase. - Step 2
- Gently smooth on your wallpaper or scrapbooking paper.
Leave 12-24 hours to dry completely.
If you have some bubbles, these usually disappear as the mod podge dries. - Step 3
- If you want to seal your wallpapered/scrapbook papered back then wait until your paper is COMPLETELY dry, then use a thin, even layer of Mod Podge satin to seal.
- Step 4
- Attach the back of your bookcase to the bookcase as per manufacturer's instructions.

- Step 5
- Fill with craft supplies/books/knick knacks!
