Final Result

Materials

• silver swivel lobster clasp
• 1m plastic cord
• wood bead for head
• pony beads
• doll hair
• black permanent marker
• scissors
• glue

Step 1

Fold the plastic cord in half and thread the loop through the ring on the clasp. Put the ends of the cord through the loop and pull until the cord forms a knot on the ring.

Step 2

Thread both ends of the cord through the head bead. Thread 5 beads for an arm and one for a hand onto one cord then turn thread the cord back through the 5 arm beads. Repeat on the remaining cord for the other arm. Thread both cords through 3 beads to form the body. Thread 6 beads for a leg and one for a foot onto one cord and finish with a knot. Repeat on the remaining cord for the other leg.

Step 3

Draw a face onto the doll using the permanent marker and glue the hair in place. Attach to your school bag, backpack, etc.
