Materials

• sheet of white foam
• black cardstock
• black stretch beading elastic
• pencil
• scissors
• glue
• small hole punch

Step 1

Using pencil draw a skull shape on the foam and cut out. Cut out eye sockets, nose and mouth from black cardstock. Glue onto skull. Punch small hole at the top and thread with black stretch beading elastic to hang the skull.
