Wooden Star Coasters

Materials

• Wooden star coasters
• Printed paper or cardstock
• Acrylic paint - dark brown
• PVA glue
• Paint brush
• Craft knife & cutting mat
• White cotton tape
• Scissors

Step 1

Paint the base and sides of coaster with dark brown paint, allow to dry.

Step 2

Water down PVA glue slightly and using a paint brush, paint the watered down glue thinly on to the front of coaster.

Step 3

Gently place paper onto the front of the coaster, smoothing out any bubbles, allow to dry.

Step 4

Place coaster face down on cutting mat and cut away paper from edges of coaster using craft knife.
