1 pair 10.00mm knitting needles
9.00mm crochet hook
Scissors, yarn needle, tape measure

Tension
8 sts x 8 rows to 10cm over stocking st using 10.00mm knitting needles.

Step 1

BACK
Cast on 42 (46, 50) sts, work 3 rows garter st (knit every row).
Change to stocking st, beg with a knit row, cont until work measures 12 (13, 14)cm, ending with a purl row.

Armhole Shaping
Cast off 4 sts at beg of next 2 rows 34 (38, 42) sts.
Dec 1 st at each end of every row until 26 (30, 34) sts rem.
Cont without shaping until work measures 42 (44, 46)cm from beg, ending with a purl row.

Shape Shoulders
Cast of 5 (5, 7) sts at beg of next 2 rows.
Cast off rem 16 (20, 20) sts.

Step 2

LEFT FRONT
Cast on 8 (10, 12) sts, knit 2 rows.

Step 3

Front Shaping
Row 1: Knit to last st, inc in last st.
Row 2: Inc in 1st, knit to end.
Row 3: Purl to last st, inc in last st.
Repeat last 2 rows until there are 21 (23, 25) sts.
Cont in stocking st until work measures 12 (13, 14)cm from the last inc row, ending with a purl row.

Step 4

Armhole Shaping
Cast off 4 sts at beg of next row 17 (19, 21) sts. Purl one row.
Dec 1 st at armhole edge of every row until 13 (15, 17) sts rem.
Cont without shaping until work measures 34 (36, 38)cm from beg, ending with a knit row.

Step 5

Shape Neck
Cast off 3 sts at beg of next row. Work one row.
Dec 1 st at neck edge in every row until 5 (5, 7) sts rem.
Cont without shaping, until work measures same as for back to shoulder shaping, ending with a purl row.
Shape Shoulders
Cast off rem sts.

Step 6

RIGHT FRONT
Cast on 8 (10, 12) sts, knit 2 rows.
Front Shaping
Row 1: Inc in 1st st, knit to end.
Row 2: Knit to last st, inc in last st.
Row 3: Inc in 1st st, purl to end.
Repeat last 2 rows until there are 21 (23, 25) sts.
Cont in stocking st until work measures 12 (13, 14)cm from the last inc row, ending with a knit row.

Step 7

Armhole Shaping
Cast off 4 sts at beg of next row 17 (19, 21) sts.

Shape Shoulders
Cast off rem sts.

Step 10

FINISHING
With right sides facing, pin and sew shoulder and side seams.
With crochet hook, work one row of double crochet around armholes and neck edge. Fasten off. Weave in loose ends.
