Your order is allocated to a Spotlight stores where our Shop@Home co-ordinator will hand pick your order.
Step 2
Spotlight will then contact you to verify your order and request payment.Step 3
Your order is mailed directly to you.

Payment can be made by:

We regret that we cannot accept:
* Overseas bank cheques
* C.O.D orders
We recommend you do not send cash in the mail.

- Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Spotlight has a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee*, which means that you will have a full 30 days to decide if your purchase is exactly what you were after and if not - we will refund your purchase - no questions asked! (*Offer excludes postage and handling and only available if proof of purchase can be supplied.)

To return your purchase:Option 1
Take your goods back to any of our stores Australia wide- with proof of purchase within the 30 day period.Option 2
Call the store that sent you the goods for their reply paid address so you can return your goods to that store within the 30 day period. If the product is faulty, you have been sent the wrong size or colour or a product is damaged, we will happily waive the freight charges.
