It's so easy to Shop-At-Home with Spotlight; follow these simple steps for stress free shopping:
How do I place an order?
There are 4 ways to order:
- Online - Fill out our order form online and hit the submit button.
- Mail - Print out your order form and mail it to Spotlight Customer Services.
- Fax - Print out your order form and fax it to Spotlight Customer Services.
- Phone - Call Spotlight Customer Services on local call 1300 305 405 and place your order over the phone.
What happens with my shop at home order?
- Once you place your order (via email, mail or phone) it is sent to our Customer Services team where it is checked.
- Your order is then sent to one of your local Spotlight stores where the Shop-At-Home co-ordinator will hand pick your order.
- The Shop-At-Home co-ordinator will then call you to verify your order and request payment.
- Your order is mailed directly to you.
What are my payment options?
We will not ask you for any payment details until your order has been sent to one of your local Spotlight stores and a
Shop-At-Home co-ordinator calls you to verify your order and requests payment details. back to top
Payment can be made by Spotlight Gift Vouchers, Visa, Bankcard, Mastercard, Australian Bank cheques, Australian Money Orders or
Personal Cheques. We regret that we cannot accept overseas bank cheques, overseas money orders or C.O.D orders. We recommend you do
not send cash in the mail. All prices are GST inclusive.
How much will it cost for delivery?
It costs just $6.95 for delivery of any size parcel to anywhere in Australia.
What if I want to return or exchange my purchase?
That's fine! Spotlight's 30-Day Money Back Guarantee* means that you will have a full 30 days to decide if your purchase is
exactly what you were after and if not - we will refund your purchase - no questions asked! (*Offer excludes postage and handling
and only available if proof of purchase can be supplied.)
To return your purchase:
- call the store that sent you the goods for their reply paid address so you can return your goods to that store.
- take your goods back to any of our stores Australia wide. If the product is faulty, you have been sent the wrong size or
colour or a product is damaged, we will happily waive the freight charges. If you have changed your mind, we do not mind
exchanging the items with a product that you'd be happier with. However, you will incur an additional freight cost.
